Shouda Machinery coconut oil liquid filling production line is a one-stop automatic bottling solution specially designed for high-viscosity, easy-crystallized coconut oil materials, covering edible cold-pressed virgin coconut oil, cooking coconut oil, skincare cosmetic coconut oil and compound coconut blended oil.
The core highlight lies in the full set of constant temperature anti-solidification configuration: heating stirring buffer tank, heat preservation wrapping conveying pipeline and heating filling nozzles, which stably maintain material temperature at 30–40°C to eliminate crystallization, stratification and blockage issues that trouble ordinary oil filling equipment. The filling host uses servo piston quantitative metering, filling accuracy controlled within ±0.5%, effectively reducing raw material waste caused by temperature-induced viscosity changes.
The complete assembly line forms an unmanned closed-loop production flow: automatic bottle unscrambler → UV bottle sterilization tunnel → constant-temperature feeding system → anti-foam submerged filling station → torque-controlled automatic capping machine → date inkjet printer → vertical round bottle labeling machine → finished product conveyor. Each unit realizes signal linkage; the whole line stops automatically when missing bottles to avoid oil leakage waste.
Wide container compatibility supports round/square glass jars, transparent PET bottles and plastic oil jugs with adjustable filling capacity from 50ml to 5000ml, quick mold switching for multi-specification mixed production. The machine adopts modular quick-disassembly structure, convenient CIP online cleaning and cross-product switching between coconut oil, olive oil, palm oil and other edible oils without cross-contamination.
Equipped with intelligent PLC touch screen control panel with multi-language switch, simple parameter adjustment for new operators. The complete line obtains CE certification, all material contact parts seamless welded SUS304 stainless steel, no sanitary dead corners, matching food and cosmetic clean workshop standards.
