This fully automatic chocolate sauce filling machine is a specialized filling equipment developed for high viscosity paste materials. It has been optimized for the characteristics of easy solidification, easy drawing, and easy dripping during the filling process of chocolate sauce. It is widely suitable for large-scale filling production of various food grade materials such as chocolate sauce, hazelnut sauce, cocoa sauce, etc.



The entire equipment is designed strictly in accordance with the GMP standards for food production. All parts that come into contact with materials are made of 316L food grade stainless steel, and all pipeline connections are made of quick connect fittings, combined with an integrated gas welding process. The inner wall is smooth and free of hygiene dead corners, which can effectively prevent chocolate sauce residue from breeding bacteria and meet the requirements of FDA food contact safety certification. It also supports docking with CIP/SIP online cleaning and sterilization systems, and can complete deep cleaning of the entire machine without manual disassembly.
