The SHOUDA Machinery Tomato Sauce Can Sealing Machine is a specially developed dedicated can-sealing equipment tailored to the material characteristics of tomato sauce, which is high-acid, particle-containing and high-viscosity. It is perfectly compatible with various sauce can types made of tinplate, aluminum and PET. The entire process from empty can feeding to finished sealed can output operates automatically, thoroughly solving the common industry pain points of traditional can sealing machines when processing tomato sauce materials, namely easy sauce overflow, improper seaming and particle jamming. It is the core supporting equipment for large-scale mass production lines of tomato sauce.

The complete machine is designed in strict compliance with food GMP production standards. All components in contact with tomato sauce are made of 316L food-grade stainless steel. Combined with the quick-adjust capping mold, the format changeover and debugging can be completed within 10 minutes, boosting the format-switching efficiency by 70% compared with traditional equipment.

The equipment can operate independently as a standalone unit, or be directly connected to a tomato sauce filling machine, can washing machine, capping machine and labeling machine to form a fully automatic integrated tomato sauce filling and capping production line.
