Core Manufacturing Technology of Non-stringy Chocolate Sauce Filling Machine
Blanking and Mirror Polishing of 304 Stainless Steel Sheets
Material Selection: All components in direct contact with materials are made of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel, and 316L stainless steel is adopted for some sealing areas with higher temperature resistance requirements, which fully complies with the GMP hygiene standards for food production.
Blanking Process: Adopting integrated laser cutting forming to avoid the gaps and dead corners left by traditional welding and splicing, so as to reduce the possibility of material residue from the source.
Mirror Polishing Treatment: The inner wall roughness is controlled at Ra ≤ 0.8μm, with a smooth surface free of burrs. Chocolate sauce will hardly adhere to the wall during flowing, which greatly reduces the cleaning difficulty and the risk of cross-contamination.
This is the core link that determines the filling accuracy and operation stability, and directly affects the accuracy retention capability of the equipment during long-term use.
High-precision Cylinder Machining: The piston metering cylinder is machined with a numerical control honing process, the roundness error of the inner wall is controlled at the micrometer level, and the fit clearance with the piston is precisely controlled within 0.01mm, which can not only avoid the occurrence of stagnation, but also prevent the sauce from leaking through the gap.
Coaxiality Calibration Process: A special coaxiality jig is used for auxiliary positioning to lock the coaxiality deviation between the servo motor output shaft and the piston transmission shaft within 0.005mm, so as to avoid jitter and eccentricity during high-speed reciprocating motion, and fundamentally eliminate the metering drift caused by transmission deviation.
Closed-loop Accuracy Verification: After the assembly is completed, multi-point measurement around the full circumference is carried out through an air gap gauge to ensure that the piston is evenly stressed during operation, and the filling accuracy within ±0.5% can still be maintained after thousands of consecutive operations.
Customized Anti-stringing Exclusive Structure Process
Targeting the high-viscosity and string-prone characteristics of chocolate sauce, this process completely eliminates dripping and stringing issues at the final stage of filling through multi-layer structural design.
Integrated Thermostatic Jacket Molding: The outer layers of the filling head and the material hopper are integrated with a water-circulation thermostatic channel, which keeps the sauce material temperature steadily at 35-40°C throughout the whole process. This not only ensures the fluidity of the sauce, but also prevents the chocolate flavor from being damaged by excessively high temperatures, while avoiding material blockage caused by the solidification of the sauce at low temperatures.
Servo Curve Control Commissioning: A dedicated S-shaped filling speed curve is preset in the PLC system. The system automatically decelerates at the final stage of filling, and the piston returns slowly at the finishing phase. The residual material at the nozzle is completely sucked back by negative pressure, so as to achieve a clean bottle mouth without any residue the moment the material flow is cut off.
