Fully Automated Production Line for Filling Small桶 Edible Oil with Bottles (Capacity: 3L–20L)
This bottle and barrel dual-use edible oil filling production line is intelligently developed to meet the mixed production demands of various oil packaging specifications in the grain and oil industry. It effectively solves traditional equipment defects such as single packaging mode, complicated model switching, large filling deviation for large-capacity containers, and oil overflow and wall adhesion problems. Adopting advanced net weight dynamic weighing filling technology, different from conventional flowmeter filling methods, the equipment is not affected by oil viscosity, temperature and liquid level pressure difference. It maintains ultra-high stability during large-capacity barrel filling, completely avoiding overweight or insufficient filling situations and minimizing the waste of high-value edible oil materials. Equipped with a dual-effect filling head with vacuum back suction and anti-overflow function, it instantly recycles residual oil after filling, thoroughly solving common problems such as oil dripping, nozzle stringing and barrel wall adhesion, keeping the barrel mouth, machine body and conveyor platform clean and compliant with food safety production standards.
The whole machine is constructed of food-grade 304 stainless steel with no sanitary dead corners, excellent corrosion resistance and easy cleaning performance, supporting long-term continuous industrial operation. Equipped with an intelligent frequency conversion speed control system, the equipment automatically matches the optimal filling speed according to bottle and barrel types, realizing fast and stable filling for small bottles and anti-overflow slow filling for large barrels, balancing production efficiency and finished product quality. Built-in no-load stop, fault self-checking and position deviation correction functions automatically detect abnormal placement of containers to prevent empty filling, missing filling and wrong filling, ensuring stable operation and low failure rate.
The integrated production line realizes automatic bottle/barrel feeding, precision weighing filling, automatic capping, laser coding, automatic labeling and finished product conveying with unmanned continuous operation. Model switching is simple and efficient with one-click program switching without complicated mold replacement.
