The equipment is equipped with a PLC programmable control system paired with a human-machine touch interface, allowing operators to directly set the filling volume and adjust operating parameters on the screen without complicated mechanical debugging. The high-precision volumetric flowmeter, combined with the real-time temperature acquisition module, can automatically compensate for the density change of oil products caused by temperature differences, completely eliminating filling metering errors resulting from temperature fluctuations.
The filling head adopts a submersible design, which works in conjunction with the dual-flow rate control that follows a "fast-first, slow-later" sequence, thoroughly solving the problem of foaming and overflow during oil filling. The dual anti-dripping structure, matched with the vacuum suction function, completely prevents dripping and stringing of the filling nozzle after the filling process is finished, so as to avoid contaminating the bottle bodies and the production site.
The whole machine can operate independently as a stand-alone unit, and can also be combined with a bottle unscrambler, capping machine, labeling machine and lamp inspection box to form a complete automated filling production line. Oil Leakage from Filling Nozzle
Prioritize checking if the air supply pressure meets the standard of 0.4MPa or above, and verify that the vacuum generator and two-unit manual slide valve are operating normally. If leakage persists, use a thin iron wire to clear the suction small hole at the bottom of the nozzle to resolve the issue.
No Oil Discharging from Nozzle
Sequentially check if the pipeline valves are fully open, and if impurities have entered the pipeline to block the passage. Confirm that the AC contactor controlling the oil pump works normally, and finally inspect whether the nozzle solenoid valve is normally triggered to open.
Filling Volume Deviation
For flowmeter-type models, the filling parameters can be calibrated directly on the touch screen. Regularly clean the residual oil sludge and impurities inside the flowmeter to prevent impurities from affecting the flow detection accuracy.
Grease Overflows from Bottle Mouth During Filling
Appropriately reduce the flow rate of the slow filling in the later stage, and adjust the descending depth of the submerged filling head to keep the oil outlet always below the liquid level, so as to avoid overflow caused by foam generated by grease impact.
