The Shouda Machinery Rotary Bottled Oil Filling Production Line is a professional complete oil filling equipment launched by Suzhou Shouda, drawing on its 20-mu standardized production base and years of R&D experience in automated packaging equipment. It is specially built to deliver a high-efficiency, low-energy-consumption unmanned filling and packaging system for food factories, grain and oil processing enterprises.
Designed with a rotary filling structure, the entire production line differs from traditional linear equipment. During operation, bottles rotate synchronously with the turntable to complete the filling process, which drastically reduces the risk of bottle shaking during high-speed production, ensures more stable operation, and adapts to the continuous production of various bottled oil products in round and special-shaped containers. The equipment is equipped with the independent control technology of "one filling head, one pump, one frequency converter", where each filling head corresponds to an independent oil supply and frequency conversion regulation system. This completely avoids the metering error caused by excessive instantaneous flow at the end of the filling process in traditional multi-head shared-pump equipment. Combined with the dual-flow filling logic of "fast first, then slow", the line not only guarantees filling efficiency, but also stably controls the metering accuracy within ±0.5%, fully meeting the metering specification requirements of the edible oil industry.
The equipment is equipped with a dual anti-drip mechanism consisting of mechanical sealing and vacuum suction-back, which instantly completes the suction of residual oil at the moment filling finishes, eliminating the issues of oil stringing and dripping that would contaminate bottle bodies and the production line. The fully enclosed material conveying pipeline design reduces the contact between oil products and air, and an optional nitrogen preservation system is available to extend the shelf life of the oil. All components in contact with the oil are made of food-grade 304/316L stainless steel, supporting CIP cleaning in place and enabling quick disassembly to meet the hygiene and disinfection requirements of food production.
The entire production line can be integrated into a fully automated closed-loop operation covering the whole process: bottle sorting, bottle washing, drying, positioning filling, capping, labeling, inkjet coding, cartoning and box sealing. It can also be flexibly split into standalone units for separate use according to the customer's existing workshop layout. The operation terminal is equipped with a large-size LCD human-machine interface, on which operators can directly set the filling volume and adjust the operation speed. Combined with PLC program control and photoelectric sensing detection system, the system realizes non-filling operation when no bottle is detected and automatic alarm and shutdown in case of faults. Ordinary workers can get started after simple training, which greatly reduces the reliance on manual labor.
