Shouda servo-upgraded inner and outer tea bag packaging production line is a new-generation intelligent packaging equipment developed for standardized, dust-free and mass tea production. The dual-photoelectric deviation correction system monitors bag position, tag alignment and sealing status in real time with dynamic calibration, ensuring zero defective products and consistent finished bag specifications.
Adopting synchronous inner and outer bag one-time forming technology, the production efficiency is greatly improved compared with traditional step-by-step machines. The food-grade filter paper inner bag adopts glue-free ultrasonic sealing with high toughness, no chemical residue, high temperature resistance and no leakage during brewing, fully meeting food safety standards. The outer bag intelligent constant temperature thermal sealing system adapts to paper-plastic, aluminum foil and matte composite films, achieving tight sealing with excellent moisture-proof, dust-proof and fragrance-locking performance to extend tea shelf life. Automatic string and tag attachment ensures neat and high-grade product appearance.
The whole machine is made of thickened 304 food-grade stainless steel with seamless welding and no sanitary dead corners. All material contact parts are detachable for quick cleaning, effectively avoiding tea residue mildew and cross-contamination, fully compliant with dust-free food workshop standards. The PLC intelligent touch control system supports parameter memory, automatic fault alarm and emergency reset without professional technicians. Stepless specification adjustment requires no mold replacement, perfectly adapting to flexible multi-variety and small-batch production.
