Can this equipment re-print the date on already sealed cartons?

This equipment focuses on the integrated process of completing sealing and coding simultaneously. If you need to re-code already sealed boxes, we can customize an independent rear-end coding station module to meet the production requirements of different stations.

What coding content and font types does the equipment support?

It supports Chinese and English characters, numbers, variable batch numbers, expiry dates, traceability QR codes, anti-counterfeiting patterns and other content. It can customize multiple fonts such as dot matrix and solid, and is compatible with format import of mainstream coding software.

How long does it take to debug when replacing cartons of different sizes?

For conventional standard size cartons, the changeover and debugging can be completed in 5-10 minutes through the preset quick-adjust handwheel. For specially customized sizes, parameters can be stored in advance for direct calling in the next switch.

Is the daily maintenance of the equipment complicated? Is it convenient to replace consumables?

The whole machine adopts modular design. Core consumables such as coding nozzle and sealing heating strip support tool-free quick disassembly and assembly. Daily maintenance only requires regular cleaning of guide rails and sensors according to the operation manual, and ordinary operators can complete basic maintenance.

Can the sealing speed and coding speed of this cartoning machine be adjusted independently?

Yes. The equipment adopts an independent servo control module. Both the sealing conveying speed and coding trigger timing can be set separately, which can not only match high-speed production lines, but also adapt to small-batch and low-pace production scenarios.
