Product Overview

Shouda automatic plastic cup filling sealing production line is special packaging equipment for plastic cup food, widely used in food, dairy, condiment and beverage industries. The whole line realizes fully automatic continuous workflow: automatic cup feeding → positioning → quantitative filling → film feeding → hot sealing → date printing → finished cup discharging.

The machine is divided into linear and rotary types for choice. Piston filling structure fits both thin liquid and viscous materials with pulp/grains. All components touching food are SUS304 stainless steel, polished without sanitary dead corners, easy to disassemble and clean, conforming to food GMP hygiene standards.

Equipped with PLC + touch screen intelligent control, all parameters including filling volume, sealing temperature, running speed can be saved as formulas. Quick switch for different cup heights, diameters and packaging materials. With photoelectric positioning, no cup no filling, emergency stop, overload alarm functions to reduce raw material waste and ensure stable operation.
