Adopts special anti-leakage and quick cut-off nozzle structure. When filling stops, the paste material is cut off instantly without dripping, wire drawing or residual paste on the bottle mouth. It keeps bottles clean and avoids material waste, which is especially suitable for sticky chocolate and nut butter products.

All material contact parts are made of SUS304 food-grade stainless steel with mirror polishing treatment, no dead corners for paste residue. The machine supports full disassembly cleaning and CIP cleaning, effectively preventing bacteria growth and paste deterioration, fully meeting food GMP safety standards.

The whole line adopts PLC intelligent linkage control with touch screen operation. Filling volume, filling speed and production parameters can be adjusted freely.
