Shouda automatic tracking filling production line is a new upgraded high-speed bottling equipment displayed at Henan Industry Exhibition, specially designed for high-efficiency continuous filling production. Different from traditional intermittent filling machines, this tracking filling equipment adopts servo synchronous tracking technology, the filling heads move synchronously with running bottles, realizing non-stop continuous filling, which effectively solves the low-efficiency problem of frequent start-stop of traditional filling lines.
The whole production line is equipped with intelligent PLC touch screen control system, with adjustable filling speed, filling volume and tracking stroke.
