The high-precision dynamic weighing module is equipped with industrial grade dynamic weighing sensors, with an independent shock-absorbing structure to resist workshop equipment vibration interference. It supports automatic weight calibration and automatic alarm for exceeding the tolerance. Bag type changes can be completed within 15 minutes, catering to the flexible production needs of nut enterprises with multiple SKUs.

The intelligent security protection mechanism is equipped with intelligent detection functions such as no feeding without bags and no sealing after bag opening failure. It automatically alarms for door opening shutdown, insufficient air pressure shutdown, and abnormal sealing temperature, avoiding problems such as empty bags, leakage, and loose sealing from the root, significantly reducing the rate of defective products in the production process.
