Aiming at the water droplet and stain problems on the surface of corn cans after sterilization and cleaning, the line is equipped with high-strength air drying system to remove surface moisture quickly, providing clean conditions for subsequent coding and labeling. The integrated laser date coding and precise labeling station supports clear and firm printing of batch number, production date and traceability information, with no blurring or falling off.
The whole line realizes fully automatic linkage operation from can conveying, sealing finishing, inspection and drying to final carton packaging.
