Shouda Machinery Glass Bottle Chili Oil Filling Production Line is professionally developed for spicy seasoning oil with suspended chili particles, spice fragments and sediment-prone characteristics. Different from ordinary edible oil filling equipment, this line is equipped with a dedicated low-speed circulating stirring system to keep chili particles and grease evenly mixed all the time,

effectively solving common problems such as material precipitation, oil-particle separation and inconsistent taste of finished chili oil.

The machine adopts bottom slow-filling and anti-splash flow control technology. It avoids oil splashing and bubble generation during filling, keeping the transparent glass bottle clean and beautiful without oil foam residue. Equipped with high-precision flow quantitative control and instant oil cut-off structure, no dripping or wire drawing occurs after filling, which greatly improves the yield and appearance grade of bottled chili oil products.

All parts contacting chili oil are made of corrosion-resistant SUS304 stainless steel, adapting to the long-term filling of spicy and acidic seasoning oil. The smooth inner wall prevents spice residue and is easy to clean and maintain. The whole line is optimized for glass bottle structure, with soft bottle positioning and anti-collision design to reduce bottle breakage rate.
