Two-Color Tile Grout Filling Machine Production Line
This full-automatic two-color grout production line is composed of vacuum stirring and mixing system, constant temperature material storage system and automatic filling and packaging assembly line. The whole production process covers raw material vacuum feeding, dust-free dispersion mixing, defoaming treatment, constant temperature anti-sedimentation storage and high-precision two-color synchronous filling. It perfectly solves common problems such as uneven color mixing, inaccurate AB ratio, bubble holes, material leakage and pipe wall pollution in traditional manual and semi-automatic production.
The filling host adopts dual servo screw metering structure, which is wear-resistant and suitable for both pure epoxy grout and sand-containing epoxy color grout. The filling ratio can be freely adjusted at 1:1, 2:1 and other custom ratios. Equipped with automatic tube detection, no tube no-filling, missing material alarm and fault self-stop functions, the line realizes unmanned continuous production. All material contact parts adopt 304 stainless steel, which is easy to clean and supports fast color switching without cross-contamination.
The front-end supporting vacuum planetary mixer completes high-viscosity glue mixing, vacuum defoaming and dehydration treatment, ensuring compact and smooth texture of two-color grout without hollowing or cracking. The constant temperature storage tank is equipped with low-speed stirring device to prevent pigment and quartz sand precipitation, maintaining consistent material state during long-term mass production. The back-end automatic matching plug pressing, tail sealing, inkjet coding and labeling equipment realizes standardized finished product packaging, greatly improving product grade and production efficiency.
This production line is available in semi-automatic small model, standard full-automatic model and large-scale intelligent combined model, meeting the production demands of small batch trial production, medium-scale mass production and large-scale factory standardized production respectively.
