The rotary capping machine (also known as the rotating capping machine) is a commonly used continuous-motion, multi-station, high-speed capping device for jam filling lines. It is suitable for anti-theft caps, aluminum caps, and plastic caps for glass or plastic bottles. Its core advantages include high speed, stable torque, vacuum-capable operation, and compatibility with high-viscosity jams containing fruit pulp.

Key application points for the jam line: Vacuum priority – Jams contain sugar and pulp, which are prone to oxidation and spoilage; the vacuum-sealed lid significantly extends the shelf life (6–12 months).
Torque precision: Glass bottle + anti-theft lid – insufficient torque may cause leakage, while excessive torque may rupture the bottle; servo/magnetic torque control is essential.
