Product Details
This fully automatic plastic cup filling and sealing machine for sauces is an integrated equipment developed specifically for mass production scenarios of cup-packed sauces. The entire process, from sheet forming/empty cup feeding, quantitative filling to sealing and edge trimming, is fully automated, completely replacing manual dispensing and drastically improving the production efficiency and packaging consistency of cup-packed sauces.
The whole machine is strictly designed in compliance with food GMP production standards. All parts in contact with sauces are made of 316L food-grade stainless steel, and all pipeline connections adopt quick-fit joints. The inner walls are smooth without sanitary dead corners, which can effectively prevent residual sauces from deteriorating, meet food contact safety requirements, and support connection to a CIP (Clean-in-Place) on-line cleaning system. Deep cleaning of the entire machine can be completed without manual disassembly.
The equipment is equipped with an intelligent closed-loop filling system, which has been specially optimized for the characteristics of sauces that are prone to stringing and granular sauces that easily cause material jams: it adopts a rotor pump/piston pump dedicated for sauces, and the non-contact magnetic drive avoids contamination from mechanical seals. The two-stage filling mode first performs high-flow rapid filling, and automatically switches to slow drip filling when approaching the target capacity. Combined with the anti-drip vacuum suction device, the residual material is sucked back the moment filling is completed, completely eliminating sauce stringing and dripping that would contaminate the cup rim.
The heat-sealing station adopts a two-time sealing design, paired with a PID precise temperature control module that controls the temperature fluctuation within ±1℃, ensuring that the aluminum foil/composite film is completely sealed with the cup rim to prevent the sauce from leaking and deteriorating. It is compatible with PP and PET cups of different materials, with a sealing qualification rate of over 99.5%. The equipment comes with built-in no-cup detection and filling abnormality alarm functions: filling will automatically stop in the absence of cups to avoid material waste from empty filling. The fault self-diagnosis system can monitor 12 key operating indicators in real time, and indicate abnormal points through color coding, enabling ordinary operators to quickly handle common problems.
The equipment adopts a modular layout design. The full set of molds can be replaced within 15 minutes via the pneumatic locking device, enabling fast switching between different cup specifications and filling capacities. Multiple pre-stored production formulas can be called up with one click without repeated parameter debugging. The core transmission components of the whole machine adopt internationally renowned brands, with an average meantime between failures exceeding 8,000 hours. The drawer-type maintenance structure reduces daily cleaning time by 70%. A single unit can operate independently, or be connected with automatic cup sorting, spoon feeding, labeling and cartoning equipment to form a complete production line, fully meeting the diversified production capacity requirements from small and medium-sized food factories to large-scale enterprises.
