This production line is an automated industrial equipment specially developed for the batch filling of liquid products. It adopts a linear layout structure and integrates the integrated control technology of light, machinery, electricity and pneumatics. The whole process from material conveying, quantitative filling to subsequent capping and labeling operates automatically, which greatly reduces the cost of manual intervention.
All core components of the equipment are made of high-quality stainless steel, and the material-contact areas fully comply with food and pharmaceutical-grade hygiene requirements. Equipped with anti-drip negative-pressure filling heads and the dual-flow-rate filling technology that applies fast flow first followed by slow flow, it not only prevents drip and leakage contamination during the filling process, but also adapts to the filling requirements of high-foam liquids.
The onboard PLC intelligent control system allows parameters such as filling volume and operating speed to be preset directly on the touch screen, and supports the storage of multiple sets of product formulas. No repeated debugging is required during product changeover. Combined with the bottle mouth positioning device and the stepless variable flow system, it can quickly adapt to bottle types of different specifications and various liquid materials.
The entire production line features a flexible modular design. Filling stations can be added or reduced according to actual production capacity requirements, and it can also be connected to supporting equipment such as bottle washing machines, capping machines, labeling machines, weight checking and rejecting machines as needed to build an unmanned fully automatic filling workshop. It is widely applicable to the production scenarios of various liquid products such as soy sauce, vinegar, edible oil, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, daily chemical washing liquids, disinfectants and chemical auxiliaries.

What viscosity ranges of liquids can this production line adapt to?
It supports the filling of a wide range of materials, from low-viscosity aqueous solutions and beverages, to medium-viscosity daily chemical washing and care liquids and syrups, and further to high-viscosity lubricating oils and pasty liquids. The corresponding filling structure can be customized according to the characteristics of the materials.
Is the commissioning troublesome when replacing bottles of different specifications?
The equipment is equipped with a rapid equidistant adjustment device. For most conventional bottle types, production changeover can be completed only by adjusting parameters on the touch screen, without replacing a large number of molds, which features short commissioning time.
Is the cleaning and maintenance of the equipment convenient?
All pipelines and filling heads in contact with materials adopt a quick-disassembly structure, which supports manual disassembly for cleaning, and can also be connected to a CIP (Clean-in-Place) on-line cleaning system to avoid cross-contamination between different materials, complying with hygienic production requirements.
Can on-site installation, commissioning and operation training be provided?
The equipment has passed trial operation and inspection before leaving the factory. After the arrival of goods, technical personnel can be arranged to complete on-site installation and commissioning, meanwhile provide full-process training for operators covering equipment operation, daily maintenance, and common troubleshooting.
