The full-automatic 5-gallon barrel mineral water filling production line is a high-quality integrated water production and packaging solution independently developed and produced by Shouda Machinery. The complete line is composed of automatic barrel loader, external barrel washing machine, internal high-pressure washing & sterilizing machine, constant-pressure filling machine, automatic capping machine, cap sterilization device, finished barrel conveyor, electric control cabinet and water circulation system. It can be perfectly connected with RO water treatment equipment, bottle blowing equipment and finished product packaging equipment to realize one-stop production from raw water treatment to finished barreled water delivery.

The production process is fully automated and closed. Empty barrels are automatically sorted and transported to the washing area. Firstly, the outer wall of the barrel is cleaned to remove surface dust and stains. Then the inner wall is washed and disinfected with high-pressure circulating water and special disinfectant to eliminate microorganisms and residual impurities. After secondary pure water rinsing and automatic drying, the barrels enter the filling station for constant-pressure quantitative filling. Finally, automatic cap pressing and sealing are completed, and the finished products are transported out through the conveyor belt. The whole process is closed and pollution-free, avoiding secondary pollution of drinking water.

The main frame of the equipment is made of high-quality carbon steel with anti-rust spray treatment, firm and durable. All water contact parts such as filling nozzles, water pipes and washing spray heads are made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, which is high-temperature resistant, corrosion-resistant and easy to disassemble and clean. The filling nozzle adopts anti-leakage and anti-drip design to ensure clean and tidy production environment.
