This fully automatic granular weighing and filling production line adopts a modular integrated design, realizing unmanned continuous operation throughout the entire process from material feeding, precise weighing and metering, small pouch cutting and sealing, to small pouch sorting and palletizing, automatic cartoning, instruction leaflet folding and inserting, and carton sealing, which completely replaces the traditional manual dispensing mode and greatly improves production efficiency.
The core of the entire line adopts high-precision digital weighing sensors. Paired with a fast-slow vibrating feeding mechanism that can automatically correct metering errors, the dual-weigher/quadruple-weigher alternating operation mode enables the packaging speed to reach up to 2500 pouches per hour, balancing high-speed production and filling accuracy. All parts in contact with materials are made of 304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant, dust-proof and easy to clean, fully complying with the hygienic production standards of the food and pharmaceutical industries.
This production line is compatible with a variety of packaging containers including aluminum foil bags, plastic bags, wide-mouth bottles and tin cans. It allows flexible selection of extended equipment such as conveyors, capping machines and palletizers according to users' actual production needs, enabling easy construction of automated packaging workshops adapted to different production capacities. Currently, it has been widely applied in large-scale production scenarios across multiple industries such as nuts and confectionery, seasoning granules, veterinary pills, fertilizers and seeds, as well as pet food.
Q: Why does the weight always deviate and become inaccurate during the equipment's weighing and filling process?
A: There are three common core reasons. First, material buildup sticks to the inner wall of the weighing hopper, which occupies the preset weight and leads to insufficient actual discharging. It is required to regularly clean the residual materials on the inner wall of the hopper. Second, the weighing hopper accidentally touches the casing or the frame, and the external force interference prevents the sensor from detecting the true weight of the materials. You need to adjust the position of the weighing hopper to ensure it is in a freely suspended state. Third, zero calibration is not performed after long-time operation or material replacement. You can complete zero reset through the equipment's built-in calibration procedure with the standard weights, so as to restore high-precision metering.
Q: Can this production line be adapted to the irregular sheet-shaped puffed food from my factory?
A: Absolutely. The entire line supports the filling production of granular, pellet, sheet-shaped and irregular solid materials. For fragile puffed materials, a customized flexible feeding mechanism can also be installed to reduce the breakage rate of materials during the filling process.
Q: Can the size and filling volume of the small sachets be adjusted? Is the adjustment troublesome?
A: Flexible adjustment is supported. The length of small sachets can be customized within the range of 60-180mm, and the width within 50-420mm. The filling volume covers 0.5-20g per sachet. You only need to modify the corresponding parameters on the human-machine interface and replace a small number of sealing molds to complete the specification switch. The operation is simple and no complex debugging is required.
