This full-line grout sealant filling production line is a turnkey solution custom-built for producing porcelain-like adhesives, two-component grout sealants, AB adhesives and tile grouts. It covers the entire workflow from raw material batching and mixing, negative pressure feeding, quantitative filling to final box sealing and labeling, eliminating the need for repeated manual material handling.
The core filling main unit is made of 316 stainless steel, with pistons crafted from PTFE, and all pneumatic components are imported from AIRTAC, Taiwan, fully complying with GMP production standards. Adopting a two-component double-head piston design, it allows the filling volume to be adjusted freely within the range of 10-300ml, with the filling accuracy stably controlled within ±1%, and the production speed reaches 20-35 cans per minute, which completely avoids the non-drying adhesive issue caused by the proportion deviation of A/B materials.
